CM Medical is delighted to announce an exciting new position with a client in the infection prevention market! Our client already has a global presence but is currently expanding across the EMEA space and so joining the team would mean you are crucial to their development.

Working closely with the Business Development and Sales Lead DACH, your main responsibilities will be to support the commercial objectives and targets for the territory.

 

What will you do?

 

The successful candidate will support the data and IT elements of devices ensuring successful role outs and installations. They will oversee the repair and test returned devices and provide level II/III troubleshooting in an informed and educated service to customers. The candidate will use MRP/ ERP systems as a way to maintain inventory status and so organisation and administrative skills are necessary. The appreciation of a collaborative, team working environment and the need for continuous personal and professional development are expected candidate traits. A customer-focused, efficient and profitable manner is required as the individual will be expected to participate in the support and strengthening of strategic and commercial growth objectives. Resolving customer technical complaints, preparation of service reports and management of performance will also be included in the candidates day to day activities and ensuring a high level of productivity, training, development, motivation, and commitment within the team will be compulsory.

 

Any other duties deemed necessary to support the Service Manager and wider team will be expected and providing back-up support for service activities in field where necessary will be part of the candidate's responsibilities.

 

What will you need?

 

The successful candidate will need a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial sales with the technical ability and understanding of electromechanical devices to provide over the phone troubleshooting. They will have a high level of computer skills including MS Office suite and be willing and able to learn new systems. Experience in recording and documenting services and management of complaints will be necessary. The client is looking for someone who already has strong information processing skills and organisation. Evidence of meeting and exceeding in sales targets, strong written and verbal skills and a degree-level education is ideal.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with document management systems such as QAD
  • 5 years experience in a similar commercial environment is desired
  • Specialist validation qualification
