Medical Affairs Manager, Germany.

The team at CM Medical are proud to be working with a key client on a newly created German-based Medical Affairs position which will cover D-A-CH.

The organisation is an emerging leader in the Medical Device/Sterilization/Disinfection/Infection Control space. Their products are very highly regarded and have been making a positive impression in the market over recent years. With an emphasis on innovation, new solutions are in the pipeline with exciting accomplishments still to come. The company has a global presence, but are still very much in their growth phase, particularly across EMEA! If you’re keen to make an impact and feel your work is making a noticeable difference, all whilst having genuine scope to grow with the company, this would certainly align! The German/DACH business is well established, but still at the beginning of their growth phase. Finding the right person for this new position is critical to their development.

You’d be working closely with the Senior Medical Affairs Manager for EMEA, whilst also collaborating with the BD & Sales Lead for DACH and the EMEA President. In a relatively lean structure, you’ll have autonomy to make decisions and act with agility to make progress. Naturally in a Medical Affairs position, you’d be collaborating with KOLs to build consensus around marketing and commercial strategies, whilst acting as a subject matter expert on guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements.

As the Medical Affairs Manager, you’d activate and deliver on the DACH strategy, aligning with the global strategy to ensure cohesiveness across the business. Being ambitious, fast-paced and having a ‘can-do’ attitude will really help you to thrive. There is substantial structure in place, but plenty to do when it comes to scaling.
