VP Product Development.

The Vice President of Product Development will take key responsibility of an exciting orthopedic portfolio with fantastic scope for innovation, growth and new technology development. As a key leader in the R&D group, you will inherit a legacy product portfolio prepared for new product launches, product advancement and testing.

As the VP of Product Development, you will be at the helm of a unique portfolio that encompasses surgical devices, biologics, software, consumables & disposables related to the orthopedic/spinal industry. The company have placed a large emphasis on growth, investing financially to add new talent & the necessary funds to execute strategy. Ultimately, it provides a fantastic foundation to make a huge impact in a global mid-sized company.

Key Experience Needed

• Strong track record in portfolio & resource plannning, product development & project management.
• 10+ years' leadership experience in medical device product development.
• Strong experience in orthopaedics. Demonstrating a significant impact on portfolio enhancement & global design.
• Proven track record building, coaching and developing high performing teams. Empowering team members and promoting internal development.
• Experience working with capital & biologics devices is a plus.
