CM Medical are very excited to be partnered with an innovative start up focusing on the treatment of corneal conditions who are looking to build out their European team as they move to launch phase in 2023.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join the business at a key phase and put your own stamp on the company's future.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the EU Head will build and manage a team of Surgical Specialists and Key Account Managers based across the targeted European markets, grow the business, establish a network of KOLs/Cornea Surgeons and ensure product supply.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience working with surgical devices or equipment sales/training in the IOL or MIGS spaces.
• Confident in a surgical theatre environment.
• Experience with new product launches and leading/mentoring.
• Full proficiency in English and one other European language.
